How do credits work?
You buy credits to let more people play your hunt. 1 credit = 1 player who actually plays. Credits come out of your account after the hunt ends. Leftover credits stay for next time, but they cannot be refunded. You can learn more here.
Do I get any free spots?
Yes. The first 3 players in every hunt are free. You don’t need any credits for them.
When do I start using credits?
Credits are used after those first 3 free spots are filled. Player 4 and anyone after that uses 1 credit each.
What is an active player?
An active player is someone who tries or finishes a task. If they join but never play, they are not active, so no credit is used.
Can I host a hunt bigger than 50 people?
Yes. Contact us here if you want more than 50 players, or need something custom.
Can I run more than one hunt at the same time?
Credits work for one hunt at a time. If you want to run more than one at once, reach out here.
